3. PRODUCT INFORMATION & AVAILABILITY

All Redemption pieces are produced in limited quantities. Product availability, colours, and textures may vary due to screen settings, lighting, and material variations. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice.

4. PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices shown are final and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Redemption may revise pricing at any time. Orders must be paid in full using the methods available on the Site. Any fraudulent or suspicious payment activity will result in immediate cancellation and potential legal action.

5. ORDER CONFIRMATION & CANCELLATION

Once an order is submitted, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled. Redemption may cancel orders under the following circumstances:

  • Product unavailability

  • Failed payment verification

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Incompatibility with shipping regulations

You will be notified in the event of a cancellation from our end.

6. SHIPPING, DELIVERY & DELAYS

Shipping timelines provided are estimates. Delivery schedules may vary due to courier delays, operational challenges, or unforeseen factors. Once an order has been transferred to the courier, Redemption cannot be held responsible for delays.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery information. Orders undelivered due to incorrect details will not be replaced, refunded, or re-shipped.

7. NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES

All purchases made through the Site are final.
Redemption does not offer:

  • Returns

  • Refunds

  • Size exchanges

  • Order modifications

Should you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery through our official email or social media channels.

8. ORDER VERIFICATION & PROOF

In cases of disagreement or dispute, Redemption’s internal records — including warehouse dispatch logs and courier scans — will serve as the final, binding reference.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All creative assets associated with Redemption — including logos, artwork, designs, product names, imagery, brand identity, and written content — are the exclusive property of Redemption.
Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or use of any intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

10. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

By tagging or submitting content featuring Redemption products, you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, edit, and publish such material across our marketing channels.

11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Certain functionalities, such as payment processing and shipping, involve third-party services. Redemption is not responsible for issues arising from third-party performance, delays, errors, or disruptions.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Redemption is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Losses due to misuse of products

  • Courier mishandling

  • Business or data losses

  • Service interruptions, system errors, or website downtime

Use of all Redemption products is at your own discretion and risk.

13. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold Redemption harmless from any claims, liabilities, or legal fees arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

16. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
