  • Tracking details will be provided once your order is shipped.

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on your PIN code or local courier constraints.

3. International Shipping

Redemption ships globally, ensuring your garment reaches you no matter where you are.

  • Estimated Delivery: 4–18 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance timelines.

  • Certain regions may experience additional delays due to local customs procedures or import regulations.

  • Tracking information will be provided once the shipment is dispatched.

Duties & Taxes:
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and must be paid by the recipient. Redemption is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees vary based on destination, weight, and carrier rates. The final charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

5. Failed Deliveries / Incorrect Information

Redemption is not liable for failed deliveries due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

  • Recipient unavailability

  • Refusal to accept the package

If the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for reshipment fees.

6. Tracking Your Order

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged or appears lost in transit:
